We also heard your feedback loud and clear: setting up third-party tools like Virtual Desktop and Bigscreen can be tricky. To bridge this gap, we have integrated detailed video tutorials to guide you through the setup process, helping you unlock the full potential of your 3D viewing experience.

- Optimized Onboarding: We’ve revamped the onboarding flow to get you started faster. We also added two versions of our setup guide to help you connect with your preferred platform:
- External Device Support: We have officially expanded support to include more external devices (including XR glasses), giving you more flexible viewing options.
- Download Optimization: We’ve improved download speeds by optimizing the process—media assets now only download when you navigate to the specific media page.
- NVIDIA 20-Series Support: Official support has been added for NVIDIA RTX 20-series graphics cards.
- Hotkey Integration: You can now control the Depth Slider directly via hotkeys for a more seamless adjustment experience.
- RTX 30/40 Series Troubleshooting: If you are using an NVIDIA RTX 30 or 40 series card and encounter a black screen or fail to launch the application, please try the following driver solutions:
- Roll back to driver version 566.36.
- Or, update to the latest Hotfix driver (581.94).
Changes
- Subscription Management: We have moved the entry point to the bottom left of the Home page. You can now quickly find your personal information and manage your subscription from this convenient location.
Bug Fixes
- Cursor Fix: The mouse cursor now correctly hides when watching in full-screen mode.
- Fixed an issue where the program would crash when changing display characteristics.
- Resolved an issue causing video twitching during playback.
